“Harding and Sons have done two major addition/renovation projects for me in the past four years. The first was in my home in South Bend Indiana. I had purchased a craftsman style home that was a new build, and had a very bland backyard. Mike came up with the design, creative inspiration, and construction for my back pergola with craftsman style pillars that matched the front of the house perfectly , in addition to the Pergola, he mixed materials with my concrete patio adding a custom wood deck with a custom stone fire pit. All of the construction was high-quality, on time, never one issue with any of the functioning parts of the fire pit. The Hardings took care of every detail for me, down to hanging outdoor lights from the Pergola and connecting them to a remote control for easy on and off. Many of my neighbors asked for their information based on how beautiful the project was at completion. The Hardings were prompt, efficient, and ended the project on budget & on time.

      The second major project was completed in 2017 at my home in Long Beach Indiana near Lake Michigan. Harding and Sons added two interior walls, one with a door to a back bedroom, the other one to create a storage space with shiplap on the wall and two sliding barn doors. Not only did I finally have a storage area in my home, but it was beautiful and became a focal point for my basement guest bedroom. Again, Harding and Sons completed this project on budget, and on time.
